This immersive 50hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training is designed to deepen your understanding of the practice while offering a truly transformational experience in one of the most nourishing environments in the world.

Fully accredited with Yoga Alliance for 50 hours of Continuing Education (YACEP).

Pre-requisite:
A deep love for yoga and at least six months or more of consistent Yin Yoga practice.

You do not need to have aspirations to teach. This training welcomes anyone with an open mind, curious heart, and a desire to explore Yin Yoga more deeply.

Training Schedule

📅 An afternoon in November (date TBA)
A warm welcome, course material handout, and a chance to connect with your fellow trainees in a Meet & Greet session.

💻 Online Pre-Learning
Ease into the training with two online videos to build your foundational understanding of yin yoga.

🌿 November 27th - December 2nd – Bali Immersion
Our training takes place in the lush jungle surrounds of Ubud, at the stunning Lumeria Yoga Retreat.

During our 6 days together, you will step away from everyday distractions and fully embody the teachings of Yin Yoga. Surrounded by nature, we’ll explore daily practices, workshops, meditation, and connection in a deeply supportive retreat environment.

A traditional Balinese ceremony used to cleanse the body, mind, and spirit of negative energy and restore balance.

✨ Ongoing Support

Following our immersion, you’ll be supported with the opportunity to continue your journey through ongoing mentoring sessions with Amber or Adrienne. These sessions are designed to help you integrate your learnings, refine your teaching, and feel confident as you begin to share yin yoga with others.

Mentoring sessions are available at an additional cost.
