Somatic Dance & Sound Healing

A Journey of Shedding, Self-Love & Gratitude

A space to move, feel, express, and come home to the beautiful body you live in — and most importantly, to have FUN while doing it.

SKIN is a somatic dance and sound healing experience inviting you into deep connection with your body, your senses, and your inner world. This is a sacred space to shed old stories, soften layers of protection, and cultivate gratitude and love for the skin you’re in.

Through intuitive movement, guided somatic exploration, and nourishing sound healing, you’ll be supported to reconnect with your natural aliveness and embodied truth — leaving you feeling lighter, freer, and more at home within yourself.

THE JOURNEY

This session is guided by the element of air and renewal — inviting breath, movement, and release. Together, we’ll explore what it feels like to truly inhabit your skin:
to let go of what no longer fits, to move sensation through the body, and to emerge feeling grounded, open, and connected.

Your skin is your largest organ — a living boundary, a sensory gateway, and a bridge between your inner and outer worlds. Through free-flowing movement and immersive sound, you’ll be guided to listen deeply to your body’s wisdom and allow expression beyond words.

This is not about how you look — it’s about how you feel.

What is Somatic Dance?

Somatic Dance is a free-flowing, intentional movement practice founded by Sarsha Hope. It explores the connection between body, mind, and emotions, inviting awareness, presence, and deep self-connection.

There are no steps or choreography — movement arises from the inside out, guided by sensation, intuition, and your own unique rhythm.

The Role of Sound Healing

Sound Healing supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and integration. Healing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes and shamanic drums gently guide you inward, helping the body soften, the mind quieten, and the experience deepen.

Sound becomes a container — allowing movement to land, emotions to settle, and insights to integrate on a cellular level.

Join Mandy and Amber for two hours of guided somatic dance and sound healing, where you’ll be lovingly supported to move, feel, release, and reconnect.
Come exactly as you are — and leave feeling more embodied, nourished, and at home in your skin

Based on ancient knowledge and current science, Breathwork uses a specific pattern of accelerated breathing called Conscious Connected Breathing to access blocked energy and emotions that are stored at a cellular level in our bodies.

This type of Breathwork will generate a relaxed, non-ordinary state of consciousness that supports the expression and release of unresolved trauma, limiting beliefs and adapted behavior patterns. These issues can be the cause of current day dysfunction that is often associated with depression, stress and anxiety.

Breathwork is not suitable for those with cardiovascular problems, pregnancy, some psychiatric conditions, psychosis, recent surgery or fractures, acute infectious illness or epilepsy, severe hypertension, glaucoma, or active spiritual emergency.

Spaces limited.

The Yogi Mind: WIth special International Guest Bernd Windhofer

We're thrilled to welcome our esteemed international guest, Bernd Windhofer, for an exclusive and transformative exploration into "The Yogi’s Mind."

This special two-day retreat offers a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of the yogic mind under Bernd's expert guidance. Over the course of these two days, you'll delve into the five different yogi minds, including an insightful exploration of the "pain and pleasure mind," where many of us often find ourselves stuck, and the "enlightened mind."

Day 1: The Evolution of the Yogi Mind
You'll be introduced to the different types of minds, the evolution of humankind, and how we can reclaim our mind's natural state. Bernd will guide us toward understanding the ideal human—100% connected to bliss, love, and presence.

Day 2: Introduction to the Yoga Sutras
Discover the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, a foundational text in yogic philosophy. Learn about the mythical heritage of Patanjali, his teachings, and how the Yoga Sutras can serve as a practical guide for daily life.

Both days will feature meditation practices designed to help you access your inner space, providing a practical toolbox to support your journey. Additionally, there will be asana practice, ideally a full sadhana, to fully integrate these teachings into your being.

About Bernd:

Bernd has been teaching yoga and its sister meditative and contemplative arts since 2005, having practised deeply and daily since January 2001.  His abiding passion for teaching is helping all who wish to dive deep to find their way to a life that becomes more magical and profound and meaningful every single day.

He has been living in Bali since 2014, teaches on multiple teacher trainings per year, and at the yoga studio he founded, The Path.  His main area of interest is to bring the richness of the ancient tradition of yoga into a modern and vibrant context.
